EVERY PLAYER MUST COMPLETE A WAIVER PRIOR TO PLAY AT OTP
PAINTBALL & AIRSOFT WAIVER
Every person that plays at On Target Action Park must sign a liability waiver. If there are any paintball players coming to OTP that are under the age of 18, a parent/guardian must sign for them. You can complete the Online Waiver (1 time per year).
