OTP is forming a Ref Squad of experienced referees that wish to give back to what paintball has brought to them. The Ref Squad is our way of lifting reffing to a higher level. This is NOT a reffing job, the squad is based on a club or social atmosphere. We are looking for serious people who wish to help us run our events as well so if you feel you have something to bring to the table please join us for one of our Leadership meetings to discuss your ideas and those of others. Your participation will denote your reward of discounted play and more. Our Ref Squad meetings usually run on Sundays at 4pm and consist of discussion and a few games of paintball amoungst eachother  

The following are requirements for the Ref Squad:

• Must have at least 2 years experience at a paid field
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the field
• Must NOT be presently employed at any other paintball fields
